Let New York Times bestselling author Judith McNaught who “is in a class by herself” (USA TODAY) sweep you off your feet and into another time with her sensual, passionate, and spellbinding historical romance classics, featuring her “unique magic” (RT Book Reviews)—now available for the first time on ebook.

Elizabeth Cameron, the Countess of Havenhurst, possesses a rare gentleness and fierce courage to match her exquisite beauty. But her reputation is shattered when she is discovered in the arms of Ian Thornton, a notorious gambler and social outcast. A dangerously handsome man of secret wealth and mysterious lineage, Ian’s interest in Elizabeth may not be all that it seems. His voyage to her heart is fraught with intrigue, scandal, and a venomous revenge. As a twisting path of secrets takes them from London’s drawing rooms to the awe-inspiring Scottish Highlands, Elizabeth must learn the truth: is Ian merely a ruthless fortune hunter at heart?

“Well-developed main characters with a compelling mutual attraction give strength and charm to this romance set in nineteenth-century Great Britain” (Publishers Weekly).

I loved it

By far my favourite historical romance from Judith McNaught. It was so lovely reading a hero who was very ready to be in love and not ashamed to say it. The quarrels were not even infuriating to read as they usually are with Judith’s books. It was so heartbreakingly sweet and easy to read. Ian and Elizabeth are my favourite couple so far.

FAV!

I just began reading JM. This was a wonderful read. I couldn’t put it down. There were so many twists and turns I was expecting another one and/or the brother to show up one more time. I was very disappointed when it ended. Hope Ms McNaught will include the 3 couples in another book with all the twists, turns, surprises, hilarity, and love. Have read and re-read numerous times. I love historical romances, you couldn’t pay me to read modern-day romance novels. Ms JM must bring them back again. Elizabeth and Ian are my favorite couple of all the hundreds of HRN I have ever read. PUNYIAM**

I didn't want to put this book down and was sad when it ended. Wonderful story full of engaging characters and interesting details.

Almost Heaven

Judith McNaught still is the very best Author of Historical Romance that there is. Now finally her books are available through Kindle and I-book. I didn't want to put "Almost Heaven" down, it was so wonderful to get lost in the story, and the Characters. There are so many twists and turns, I don't know how she can come up with some of the plots. It's great! This author has an amazing imagination!

Editing is sloppy

Great story but very bad editing. Someone did a rush job because most of Judith's books on ebooks have major typos. I felt I paid full price for an inferior product.
